Through early mornings, again and again.
Their knees may creak, their hips may groan,
But they are doing this for more than a medal to own!
For books, for pupils, for futures bright,
They are running Belfast, left and right.
A library dream, a goal so grand,
(And perhaps a sit down… if they can!)

Because 26.2 miles is quite absurd…
