🚨Viral Trend Causing Severe Burns To Children 🚨 Children and young people are microwaving squishy silicone toys after seeing online videos claiming this makes the toys softer and more pliable. When the toy is squeezed afterwards, it bursts and sprays boiling material, which reportedly has left children’s hands and faces seriously burned. This trend has seriously injured children in the UK and US, most recently in May 2026 in Bristol, UK.

The eco team have been very busy planting plugs in preparation for making hanging baskets. These baskets will be on sale alongside Lilies and other plants at our Summer Fair on Friday 5th June. The eco team will be manning a few stalls on the night, including a pre- loved uniform section, with all proceeds going towards a shed for Forest Schools Equipment.

Thanks to your amazing generosity, our pupils have unlocked: ✨ One night with absolutely no homework ✨ A non-uniform day ✨ An extended break Not a bad day’s work! The children are delighted and the teachers are hoping they can have a casual dress code too for the day and maybe a night off report writing 😂 Thank you for helping us race towards our fundraising goal.
