Musical Club

Londonderry Primary School loves its music. We have two choirs who perform at least three times every year. The Junior Choir is for children in P2-P4 (during school) and the Senior Choir is for P5-P7. Our performances include a Harvest Celebration, a Carol Service and an Easter Celebration. We also enjoy being asked every Christmas to perform outside of school.

Netball Club is for girls in P6 and P7. We meet once a week for practice and play lots of matches and participate in two tournaments throughout the year. We came first in a recent tournament at West Winds Primary School.

Football

Football is played during the first two terms of the school year. Pupils from P6 and P7 are welcome to participate. The school team plays in the Newtownards and District Primary Schools Football League which encompasses schools from Comber and Dundonald as well as Newtownards. In addition to the eleven-a-side league there are 7-a-side and 5-a-side competitions.
